1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using PrimeLeaks.cc (“the Platform”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Registration Terms & Rules, the Privacy Policy and the Site Guidelines (collectively, “Governing Documents”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Account Creation & Eligibility
2.1. Registration Requirements
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2.2. Age & Legal Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2.3. Account Limitation
Only one account per individual is permitted. Creating multiple accounts (“alts”) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent termination of all associated accounts.
2.4. Prohibited Users
Registration is denied to:
- Individuals previously banned from the Platform.
- Persons convicted of felonies, fraud or intellectual property violations.
- Persons subject to international sanctions or embargoes.
3. User Conduct & Responsibilities
3.1. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties.
- Harass, threaten or impersonate others.
- Upload malware, viruses or harmful code.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Disrupt Platform operations or engage in spam, stalking or abuse.
3.2. Account Security
You are solely responsible for securing your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses due to your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Term & Termination
4.1. Term
This agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated by you or us.
4.2. Termination by User
You may close your account at any time via the Platform or by contacting support.
4.3. Termination by PrimeLeaks.cc
We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, all rights to use the Platform cease immediately. Survival clauses (e.g., liability, indemnity) remain in effect.
