COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Last Updated: March 1, 2026

Introduction

Primeleaks exists because of its community. Every script, resource, guide, and discussion on this Platform was made possible by members who invested their time and knowledge into building something valuable. These Community Guidelines exist to protect that investment and to ensure that Primeleaks remains a place where developers, creators, and enthusiasts of all levels can participate without fear of harassment, deception, or abuse.

These guidelines apply to every member of the Platform without exception. This includes registered users, contributors, and staff. Ignorance of these guidelines is not an accepted excuse for violations.

If you are unsure whether something is allowed, the answer is simple: if it could harm, deceive, or disrespect another member or the Platform, don't do it. When in doubt, reach out via support [at] primeleaks.cc before acting.

1. Respect & General Conduct

The foundation of this community is mutual respect. You do not need to like everyone here, but you are expected to treat every member with basic human decency.

The following behaviors are prohibited across all areas of the Platform - including posts, comments, file descriptions, profiles, and private messages:

  • Harassment - Persistently targeting, insulting, or attempting to intimidate another user in any form
  • Hate Speech - Content that degrades or threatens individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other characteristic
  • Personal Attacks - Responding to disagreements with insults rather than argument
  • Threats - Any language that could reasonably be interpreted as a threat of harm, real or implied
  • Excessive Profanity - Language that is deliberately hostile or designed to offend without purpose
  • Doxxing - Sharing or threatening to share private personal information of any user without their explicit consent

Repeated minor offenses will be treated with the same seriousness as a single severe violation if the intent to disrupt or harm is evident. Staff have full discretion to take action based on context, even where specific wording does not appear in this list.

2. Content Standards

Everything uploaded, linked, or posted on Primeleaks must meet the following standards.

2.1 What is Allowed

  • Original digital assets that you have the rights to distribute
  • Properly licensed third-party resources, where redistribution is explicitly permitted by the original creator
  • Tutorials, written guides, and documentation that genuinely benefit the community
  • Constructive reviews and feedback on existing content
  • Bug reports and technical questions related to hosted resources
  • Discussion threads relevant to the Platform's content categories

2.2 What is Not Allowed

  • Content that infringes on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights without authorization
  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, trojans, keyloggers, or any file designed to harm or compromise systems
  • Files that are intentionally mislabeled, broken, or misleading in any way
  • Content designed to scam, deceive, or defraud users
  • Sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise inappropriate material
  • Personal or private information of any individual posted without their consent
  • Content that has already been uploaded - check before posting to avoid duplicate submissions
  • Empty, placeholder, or blatantly low-effort posts with no value to the community

2.3 Quality Expectations Uploads should include an accurate title, a clear and honest description, and correct categorization. Posts that lack basic detail or are deliberately vague will be removed. If your upload is based on an external resource, credit the original creator where appropriate.

3. Advertising & Promotion

This Platform is not an advertising board. Unsolicited promotion of any kind disrupts the community experience and will be removed without warning.

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Primeleaks administration:

  • Posting links to external websites, Discord servers, Telegram channels, social media accounts, or online stores
  • Embedding referral codes, affiliate links, or commission-based URLs anywhere on the Platform
  • Promoting paid services, selling personal work, or soliciting clients through posts, comments, or private messages
  • Using your forum profile or signature as an advertising space for external products or services

If you are a developer or service provider who wishes to promote something legitimately on Primeleaks, you must contact the administration team at support [at] primeleaks.cc before doing so. Unapproved advertising will result in content removal and may lead to account suspension.

4. Intellectual Property & Attribution

Primeleaks takes intellectual property seriously. The Platform exists to share resources - not to exploit the work of creators who never gave their permission.

  • Do not upload paid assets, leaked premium content, or proprietary files unless you are the original creator or hold explicit redistribution rights
  • When sharing resources based on or derived from another creator's work, credit the original source clearly in your post
  • If you are aware that a file on the Platform violates someone's intellectual property rights, report it immediately using the forum report function or by emailing dmca [at] primeleaks.cc
  • Copyright holders who wish to submit a takedown request should refer to Section 7 of the Terms of Service for full DMCA notice requirements

Repeated IP violations by the same user will result in permanent account termination regardless of any prior warnings.

5. Forum & Discussion Etiquette

The forums are a shared space for discussion, support, and collaboration. Keep them useful.

  • Stay on topic - Post in the relevant section. Off-topic posts will be moved or removed.
  • Search before posting - If your question has been answered before, use the search function rather than creating a duplicate thread.
  • No necroposting - Do not reply to threads that have been inactive for an extended period unless you have something genuinely new and relevant to add.
  • No thread hijacking - Do not redirect another user's thread to an unrelated topic.
  • Constructive disagreement only - Debate ideas, not people. If you disagree with a post, explain why clearly and respectfully.
  • No mini-modding - If you see a rule violation, report it through the proper channels. Do not lecture or argue with other users publicly about rule enforcement.
  • English only in public forums - All public posts must be written in English to ensure moderation can be applied fairly and consistently.

6. Account & Identity Rules

  • Each user may hold one (1) account only. Multi-accounting is a Terms of Service violation and will result in all associated accounts being banned.
  • You may not impersonate any other user, staff member, content creator, or public figure under any circumstances.
  • Your username and profile must not contain offensive language, slurs, or content that violates these guidelines.
  • Profile avatars and banners must not include explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hate symbols, or any material prohibited under these guidelines.
  • Accounts that appear to have been created solely to troll, spam, or harass will be terminated immediately without warning.

7. Staff & Moderation

Primeleaks staff are volunteers who invest their time to keep this community functioning. They are expected to uphold the same standards outlined in these guidelines and to act fairly and consistently in all moderation decisions.

Interacting with Staff

  • Follow moderation instructions without argument in public threads. If you believe a decision was incorrect, address it privately through the official support system.
  • Do not attempt to pressure, bribe, or manipulate staff members into reversing decisions.
  • Publicly disparaging or targeting staff members because of their moderation role is a violation of these guidelines.

Appealing a Decision If you believe a moderation action taken against your account was incorrect or unfair, you may submit a formal appeal through the forum support system or by emailing support [at] primeleaks.cc. Your appeal should include a clear, respectful explanation of why you believe the action was unwarranted. Appeals submitted with hostility or insults will not be reviewed. All final decisions rest with senior administration.

8. Reporting Violations

If you witness a violation of these guidelines or the Terms of Service, please report it. The community only works if members take responsibility for it together.

How to report:

  • Use the built-in forum report function on any post, thread, or profile
  • For copyright or DMCA-related issues, email dmca [at] primeleaks.cc
  • For account-related issues or general rule violations, email support [at] primeleaks.cc

When submitting a report, include as much detail as possible: a description of the violation, the relevant URL or username, and any supporting context or screenshots. All reports are reviewed in confidence.

Abuse of the Report System Submitting false, malicious, or bad-faith reports to target other users is itself a violation of these guidelines. Anyone found to be misusing the reporting system will face moderation action.

9. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines are handled at the discretion of the Primeleaks moderation team. The following actions may be taken depending on the nature and severity of the offense:

  • Informal Warning - A private message advising the user of the issue and requesting corrective behavior
  • Formal Warning - An official warning recorded against the account
  • Content Removal - Removal of any post, file, or comment found to be in violation
  • Temporary Suspension - A time-limited restriction on posting or account access
  • Permanent Ban - Full and irreversible termination of the account

Primeleaks reserves the right to skip any of the above steps and proceed directly to a permanent ban in cases involving serious violations - including but not limited to malware distribution, doxxing, large-scale IP infringement, or coordinated harassment campaigns. Banned users who attempt to re-register using a new account will have all accounts terminated immediately.

10. Final Note

These guidelines are not meant to be exhaustive. The Primeleaks team reserves the right to take action against any behavior that is deemed harmful to the community or the Platform, even if it is not explicitly listed here. The spirit of these guidelines matters as much as the letter - act in good faith, contribute honestly, and treat others the way you would want to be treated.
