2. User-Generated Content & External Hosting

2.1. User Responsibility
All content - text, comments, links, file descriptions - is the sole responsibility of the submitting user. You agree not to post illegal, defamatory or harmful material.

2.2. External Linking
We do not host files. Users may link to content on third-party hosts. We assume no responsibility for the legality, availability or security of such content.

2.3. No Implied Endorsement
A link on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, guarantee or verification of the linked content’s safety or legality.

3. Content & Posting Standards

3.1. Search Before Posting
Use the search function to avoid duplicates.

3.2. Post in Correct Category
Ensure your content is posted in the appropriate forum section.

3.3. Content Description
Provide clear, accurate and non-misleading descriptions when posting links.

3.4. No Unsolicited Advertising
Promotion of external websites, services or Discord servers is prohibited without explicit management approval.

4. Intellectual Property Policy

4.1. Respect for IP Rights
We respect intellectual property and require users to do the same. We respond to valid infringement notices.

4.2. DMCA Takedown Procedure
